Every lightbox comes fully assembled in a brown or navy blue box of your choice with a 3 Foot USB-A cord ready to plug in and immediately enjoy. All lightboxes are manufactured from a PLA plastic (please refrain from keeping your lightbox in any area that gets hotter than 120* Fahrenheit, as the plastic will start to warp).

Power Draw: 5 Volts, 2 Amps. Standard USB-A powered wall adapter or powered computer port works perfectly.

Shipping: All orders over $50 receive free shipping automatically at checkout! Please allow up to 3 weekdays for us to process your order. Normal shipping rates are typically $6.50 (United States only) for a single box to be shipped directly to you, anywhere in the country though FedEx Ground® Economy. Expect higher rates if you plan on expediting your orders shipping time.

Return: We currently accept returns up to 30 days, for any reason whatsoever, after receiving your product as long as it's in the same condition you received it, and there is no obvious signs of tampering or improper use of the item('s), which includes, but is not limited to: Attempting to open or pry apart your product in anyway. Leaving it in unreasonable conditions like outside or in extreme temperatures (below 45* and above 120* Fahrenheit for any periods of time). Attempting to diagnose or repair your product in anyway (if you receive your product damaged, please return in its original packaging if possible. If your product fails within 90 days without signs of external wear and tear, we will replace at no cost to the customer).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Since everything is fully assembled by us, you only have to worry about figuring out where to place your brand new lightbox! Attached is a 3 Foot USB-A cord that works with any generic wall adapter or powered port on your computer.
